The pastry workshop was organized on 10th of December by members of Serbian Chefs Association at University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Sciences, Department of Geography, Tourism and Hotel Management, Chair of Gastronomy. Our member Zdravko Gavrilović held a practical demonstration about utilization of the restaurant desserts to the young members of KAS and other gastronomy students. This is the first of several educational workshops which will involve members of the Serbian Chefs Association.
The goal of the workshop is to engage professional chefs through practical demonstration which will enable younger colleagues from KAS and other young cooks to acquire necessary knowledge and experience. Through these events, we would like to show plans to other colleagues from Serbian chefs association and Culinary association of Serbia, that is, to promote the values and goal of the professional associations of the Culinary Federation of Serbia.
