KFS judges Vs. 99 Sarmas [05.11.2018.]

Members of the Culinary Federation of Serbia participated at "6th Sarmiada" ,which held place in Bačka Topola on 3rd of November 2018. At competition were 108 teams which participated in three categories: Classical sarama dish, special sarma dish and fasting (Vegetarian) sarma dish. In addition to the members of the Culinary Federation of Serbia, other jury members were members of the Knights of Open Flame of Vojvodina. Representatives of the Culinary Federation of Serbia were:

  • Maja Banjac, assistant at Faculty of studies and chairman of the board in CAS,
  • Goran Radivojević, professor of vocational studies at Faculty of studies and chairman of the board in AŠKS,
  • Milan Knežević, culinary teacher at MS Svetozar Miletić and member of AŠKS,
  • Nikola Vuksanović, professor of vocational studies and general secretary of Culinary Federation of Serbia.

All together successfully contributed to the organization of the 6th Sarmiada and at the same time presented the goals of the Culinary Federation of Serbia.
